SHIPPING METHOD & ADDRESS CHANGE

Shipping Method:
Standard Shipping is used for all the orders using courier company services throughout India. All our products are shipped via Delhivery, FedEx and India Speed Post. Delhivery and FedEx are market leaders when it comes to eCommerce shipping. Most of the pin codes are covered by them and deliveries are fast. However, since they operate only in cities with greater eCommerce market, there are a few pin codes which are not serviceable by them. Pin codes that are not serviceable by them, in such cases, the orders are shipped via India Speed Post.

Change of Shipping Address:
Change of shipping address is only initiated in case order is not yet shipped (check status here: My Account> Orders – Status – Processing), you can change your shipping address in My Account > Addresses.

If Order status shows as ‘Completed’, then item is been shipped. Since it is up to the courier company to fulfill this request, you will be charged additional Rs. 65/- or more by them. To initiate shipping address change, create a Customer Service ticket and attach the Order details along with new shipping address. The entire process might take around 8-12 days as the shipment is sent to the warehouse and then dispatched to the new address.

DISPATCH

Order Dispatch:
All orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of placing them, subject to stock availability. There is no guaranteed dispatch time and it is an estimate only and should not be relied upon.

DELIVERY

Delay in Delivery:
ThePixelDen.com or Altyod eBusiness Solutions does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3rd Party Logistics for shipping. Therefore, any delay in delivery from logistics company for any unavoidable reasons need be the handled with patience by the customer. Delivery may take from 9 days to 14 days based on different shipping zones. You can Track your order at My Account > Orders. Please make sure you fill the correct and complete address with landmark while filling the customer’s address along with phone number.

Lost in-Transit:
When the shipment is lost in-transit, you can create a Customer Service ticket with your ‘Order Number’, we will ship a new order to you once we receive a confirmation from our courier company.

ORDER UNDELIVERED

Incorrect Address:
If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 65 or more for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

Non-availability of Recipient:
If the product is not delivered due to the reason of non-availability of the recipient at the address provided to us for delivery and it eventually goes unclaimed upon subsequent attempts and is returned back to us, you will be liable for the cost of a re-delivery to you. You will also be charged a reverse shipping fee which is equal to the forward shipping fee in such cases.

Delivery not claimed:
In case delivery is rejected by you, any such return or rejections are marked as ‘Returned to origin’ (RTO) once it is received by us. Would store the returns for a period of 30 days from the date of the order being marked as RTO and you can choose to request for re-delivery within this period of 30 days. You will be charged a reverse shipping fee which is equal to the forward shipping fee in such case. In case no re-delivery requested, after 30 days from RTO date we will refund the entire amount back.
